Rate & Booking Policies

Vehicle rates are for one-way travel only.
Walk-On Tickets are valid for 30 days from date of sale. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after date of expiration.
Round Trip Walk-On tickets must be used for departure and return trip within 30 days of purchase. Tickets used for only one departure will not be refunded or exchanged.
Children 12 & under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
We accept payment by AMEX, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or Cash. No checks are accepted.

Cancellation Policies:

You have up until 3 hours prior to your time of departure to call us for a full refund. If you call within the 3-hour window, there is a $25 cancellation fee (excluding reservations booked with Barnum Bucks). Once the boat departs, the ticket is no longer refundable.
When calling for a cancellation for trips booked in the Call Center, please have the credit card available to process the refund.
We issue refunds back to the card used to book the reservation and do not have a credit system for future trips.
Reservations can be changed up to 1 hour prior to the reserved departure time, free of charge.

Reservation transfers are allowed up to 1 hour prior to reserved sailing time.

For cancellations made less then 3 hours prior to scheduled sailing time (excluding reservations booked with Barnum Bucks). *Reservations for departures before 9:00 AM must cancel by 8:00 PM the night prior. *

Full fare no-show fee

Missed departures will be charged full fare.
